"Return was easy overall"
I had to return a jacket and also ask about the warranty on another thing I bought. It took a couple days for them to get back to me, but they ended up sorting it out fine. That part was a little unclear at first, but it worked out.

"My order showed up sooner than I..."
My order showed up sooner than I figured it would, and the box looked totally fine when it arrived. The tracking was a little weird though, like it didn’t really update much until that part was already happening

"Handled the nasty weather well"
I grabbed a jacket from drakewaterfowl.com and wore it out on a cold, rainy morning, which was mostly my own fault because I knew the weather was going to be miserable. To be fair, the jacket did its job. It blocked the wind well, and I stayed dry a lot longer than I expected.
The warmth was solid too, though I’ll blame the slightly bulky feel for making it a little annoying when I was moving around a lot. Shipping was fine and nothing really went wrong there. Giving it 4 stars because it’s good gear, just not quite perfect.

I wasn’t sure how well this gear would handle regular heavy use, but it’s been really solid so far. The quality feels good, and it hasn’t shown any signs of giving out. it’s held up better than I expected.

"Helpful support when I needed it"
I had a quick question about my order and they got back to me fast. The reply was friendly and actually answered what I was asking, which I appreciated. Nothing’s perfect, and I don’t mind a small hiccup here and there, but it’s nice dealing with a company that responds and makes things easy.

"Did the sizing feel way off to anyone else?"
I ordered my usual size from Drake Waterfowl, but the fit just didn’t work for me at all. The jacket was tight around the shoulders but weirdly loose through the body, and the pants were bigger than I expected too. Maybe it’s just my build, but the sizing chart really didn’t help much. The quality seemed decent, so I was kind of disappointed I had to return it. Annoying, honestly.
